The Agency for the Economic development of Martinique (ADEM) wished to communicate on Internet by proposing to the economic actors a maximum of information. Of economic and public interest, it turned out necessary to conceive a set allowing to manage and to diffuse numerous data, by different contributors, and it, without disturbing the daily functioning of the site.
