Installed in December, 2003, the CMT is a Public institution with Industrial and commercial character ( EPIC) having for mission to make of Martinique a popular and prosperous tourist destination.

His Objectives:
 Boost the tourist sector from Martinique
 Increase the tourist attendance
 Endow Martinique of a clear and long-lasting image
